You have two options to satisfy a parking citation either payment or appeal a citation and request a court date.

Payment Option
There are four ways to handle payment of parking citations:

- In Person- visit the cashier at City Hall (101 E. Washington St.)
- Online at Pay for Charles Town Parking Citation
- Call (304)-396-0476 to pay via credit card.
- Mail your payments to:
- City of Charles Town, 101 E. Washington St. P.O. Box 14 Charles Town, WV 25414
To appeal a parking citation, a person must notify the Charles Town Municipal Court at (304)-725-2530 within five calendar days of the date and time the parking ticket was originally issued.
At the time an appeal is made, the required fines and/or penalties will be fixed until a resolution is reached by a municipal judge. If the ticket is upheld as valid, the owner/operator will satisfy the fixed cost of the citation and may be subject to additional court costs.
